Friday, Dec. 2
Santa House Calls (5:30-8:30 p.m.)
Participants must be scheduled in advance and live within city limits. Signups can be done on lcnorthpole.com; Wednesday Nov. 30 is the last day to sign up. The Clark County Fire and Rescue Firefighters Association will be collecting donations of coats, unwrapped toys and food.
Saturday, Dec. 3
Holiday Bazaar (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
The bazaar will be held at the La Center High School gym this year and there will be over 80 vendors. Proceeds from the bazaar benefit the school’s music programs. Admission is free of charge.
Sunday, Dec. 4
• Music (starting at 5:30 p.m.)
The Dickens Carolers will perform on stage at 4th Street between Aspen Avenue and Birch Avenue.
•Santa, tree lighting, fireworks (6:15 p.m.)
At the same location on 4th Street Santa will make a visit to La Center. After his arrival the annual tree lighting will occur. Once that finishes up a fireworks show will fill the night sky.
• Visit with Santa (6:30-8 p.m.)
As the night’s events wind down, everyone at the festival will have the opportunity to hang out with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
