Clark County deputies, as well as the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT and Regional Crisis Negotiation teams, responded to an assault case at 10007 NE 54th Ct. in Vancouver last Sunday.
The incident began when a male pointed a gun at a female who he had been arguing with which made her flee the residence. When deputies made contact with the man, he refused to exit. As a result, there were several minutes of negotiations between the two sides before Cade Osborn, 39, surrendered.
Afterward, there was no further incident and Osborn was booked into Clark County Jail for assault in the second degree
