An upcoming project on the west side of Battle Ground remains in the city’s permit review process but is slated to include offices, retail and residential units when finished.

Daybreak Station, proposed to the city of Battle Ground by Daybreak Builders, will be located at 1806 NW First Way.

The project will feature four levels, with the ground floor intended as a parking structure.

Total retail space will be 750 square feet, while office space equates to 1,320 square feet, according to the final site plan. The ground floor parking structure will feature 25 parking spaces and six bicycle spaces.

An uncovered parking area with an additional 40 spaces is included in the site plan. Out of the 65 total parking spaces, 43 are standard-sized parking spaces, 19 are compact, and three ADA parking spaces are proposed.

The upper three levels of the building are proposed to include 39 residential units. According to Rocket Homes, the 39 units will include 12, 470-square-foot studios, 12 one-bedroom, one bathroom units at 683 square feet each, and 15 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units at 1,036 square feet.

The four-level building will join a growing list of construction projects that have been proposed in the area around Goodwill, Napa Auto Parts and Dairy Queen. To view other projects, visit cityofbg.org/496/Active-Development-Projects.
