I couldn't agree more with CitizenInfinity. My property taxes have increased $400 per month in 3 years due insane assessed values (which I've appealed and lost). Where's that annual $4,800 supposed to be coming from with 2% COL raises if I'm lucky? Now you want more.

But that's not all folks! Clark County has put together a 20-year plan that surrounds my farm with city streets. And I'm the lucky one! My neighbors have planned streets taking their entire front yards, cutting through their orchards and wetlands, and even going straight through their homes. All this to accommodate the development that we didn't ask and won't benefit from in any way.

You want schools for future residents? Charge the people who profit from this (the developers) impact fees, and leave me and my property alone.
