Cyclist killed in collision identified as man from Brush Prairie

A bicyclist who was killed in a collision earlier this month in North Clark County has been identified.

On March 16, the Clark County Medical Examiner’s office stated 29-year-old Ryan Goldman’s cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries. Goldman was a resident of Brush Prairie.

According to a news release, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Clark County Fire District 3 and American Medical Response personnel responded to a report of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrian near the 13600 block of Northeast 182nd Avenue in Brush Prairie shortly after 3:30 a.m. on March 12. Responders found a deceased person who may have been riding a bicycle in the roadway prior to being hit. 



The medical examiner’s office listed Goldman’s manner of death as an accident. The release noted he was riding his bicycle when he was struck by the vehicle.  

The driver of the vehicle was uninjured and remained at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office. 

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office released no other information about the collision.
