Here’s a look at the housing market in North Clark County

The median sale price in Clark County decreased in February compared to January, according to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS). 

In January, the median sale price for a home in Clark County was $532,500, but that dropped in February to $432,500. 

Homes of all styles are sitting on the market for longer than last year. In February, the average timeframe was 50 days, up 43 days at the same time last year, according to Redfin. 

Here’s a look of available homes in North Clark County. 

In Ridgefield, a 2,248-square-foot home built in 2023 is listed for $859,900. It includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three car garage on a nearly 9,600-square-foot lot. The home features a modern and open floor plan, and includes a fenced in yard and a large concrete covered patio. 

For a house well above the county’s median sale price, Zillow estimates it will sell 89% faster than nearby homes in the Ridgefield area. 



A newly remodeled manufactured home, originally built in 1978, has an asking price of $489,900. Situated 10 minutes from Woodland and La Center, the 1,758-square-foot residence includes four beds and two bathrooms. 

The house includes a heavily wooded 1.67 acres with a chicken coop. 

In Battle Ground, a home built late last year in the northern portion of the city is listed at $594,900. It features a modern exterior. Inside, there are nine foot tall ceilings, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home also has a two car garage and a backyard with a wooden fence. 

In Woodland, a home built in 2019, has an asking price of $1,199,900. It’s been on the market for 45 days, according to Zillow. The home includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms in its 3,119 square feet of living space and includes a three car garage. The home sits on 2.24 acres and is a two minute drive from North Fork Elementary School. The property includes intricate landscaping and a covered seating area with an above-ground fire pit. 

According to NWMLS, there were 42 sales closed with 56 sales still pending in January. In February, 44 sales were closed with 68 pending sales. For February, 46 new listings were added to the 73 total active listings, according to NWMLS.
