The ribbon is cut after the ground was broke at the future site of RV inn Style's Dicky's RV Resort at the intersection of Northeast 15th Avenue and Northeast 173rd Street near the Clark County Fairgrounds on Tuesday, Feb. 28.
The owners, staff and family members honored "Grandpa Dicky" with his beverage of choice at the ceremony.
