In loving memory of Quinton Owen Dallum: 1954-2021

Quinton Owen Dallum, 67, gained his heavenly crown on Aug. 30, 2021. He was born in Portland, Oregon, on May 28, 1954. He married Linda Tapani of Battle Ground, Washington, on Nov. 24, 1978. 

Quinton lived most of his life in Clark County, Washington. His faith and family were first and foremost to him. He enjoyed the outdoors, wood crafting and his grandchildren brought much joy to his life. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Quinton was preceded in death by his parents Ronald and Alice, in-laws Robert and Eleanor Tapani and brother-in-law Cecil Schlecht. 

Quinton is survived by his wife Linda of 43 years; two sons Brandon (Shonell) of Vancouver, Washington, and Blake (Amber) of Castle Rock, Washington; five daughters Amanda (Dean) Nylund of Brush Prairie, Washington, Leanne (Marcus) Tanninen of Davenport, Washington, Tauni (Aric) Maki of Brush Prairie, Washington, Jena (Andrew) Halme of Battle Ground, Washington, and Kelly (Mark) Nylund of LaCenter, Washington; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Quinton was a member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church and set an example in his simple believing. 

The funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021, at 1 p.m. at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church, 16603 NE 142nd Ave., Brush Prairie, Washington, with burial service at the Elim Cemetery.
