Regina L. Rule. of Vancouver. Washington. was born on Feb. 8, 1957, and went home to be with Jesus on Feb. 9, 2024. A proud mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she will be missed by all who knew her and felt her warmth.
A light to her community, Regina spent much of her time serving the homeless, supporting the fight against sex trafficking and volunteering at her local church.
When she wasn't directly serving others, she found solace in the outdoors and would frequent the Vancouver waterfront, nearby state parks for camping and drives in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
Regina is survived by her adored children, John and Lindsay; her three beautiful grandchildren; her beloved sister Rhonda; and two brothers.
Her memorial is scheduled for 11 a.m. April 20 at Manna House Vancouver.
