Lifelong resident of Woodland, Sharon Jean Cook, age 77, passed away Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021 at home surrounded by loved ones. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters. She is survived by two brothers Sam Risley and George Risley; one sister Faye Paul; her childhood sweetheart and husband of 60 years Bill Cook; three children Dean Cook, Brenda Tsugawa, and Diane Phillips; one stepdaughter Kay Dell White; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Sharon truly lived a life through simple pleasures that included chatting with family and friends, adventures with her husband and organizing family gatherings. She had a huge heart and was always the first in line when a loved one was in need. She leaves a legacy of love and laughter and will be forever missed.
Services will be held at Highland Lutheran Church on Friday, Sept. 24, 2021 at 2 p.m.
