Thomas C. Maxwell Jr. was a long-term resident of Battle Ground, Washington. Tom is survived by five children and was best known for his love of animals and the outdoors.
He will be laid to rest with honors at the Vancouver Barracks National Cemetery, located at 1455 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver. The funeral services will take place on Friday, Jan. 19 at noon.
