La Center School District seeks volunteers to write voter pamphlet statements

La Center School District (LCSD) is seeking volunteers to write pro/con statements for the Clark County Voter’s Pamphlet for an anticipated measure on the Feb. 11 Special Election ballot. The measure is a replacement Education Programs and Operations levy.

Interested LCSD residents may apply by submitting their name, address, email address, phone number and pro/con preference to Gary McGarvie, Business Manager, La Center School District, 725 NE Highland Road, La Center, WA 98629, or via email at gary.mcgarvie@lacenterschools.org. Applications are due by Tuesday, Dec. 10, an LCSD press release stated.



The RSD Board will review applications and appoint individuals to committees during a special meeting to be held either Tuesday, Dec. 10, or Wednesday, Dec. 11, the press release stated.
