Letter to the editor: Not all chiropractors are mystics

Posted

Is your chiropractor vaccinated for COVID-19? You might be surprised of the answer if you ask. While the delta variant rages on, and the medical establishment at large (PeaceHealth, Vancouver Clinic and the like) are setting precedence for vaccination requirements, the Washington State Chiropractic Association is collecting donations to “fight Washington’s vaccination mandate.”

Why? Because a large percentage of chiropractors are anti-vaxxers. They subscribe to non-scientific vitalistic philosophy that is actually cult-like in its origins and teaching. This mystic and antiquated teaching states that the only origin of disease is a blockage of a mystic energy in the body that only chiropractic adjustments can correct.

Don’t believe me? Do some research for yourself on chiropractic and mysticism. Not all chiropractors are mystics, though. A good way to tell if they are science-based providers is if they adhere to mask wearing and have received their COVID vaccination. If not, consider asking if they believe in mysticism too?
