Pacific Lifestyle Homes was recently named the Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County.

The award was announced at BIA’s annual meeting and marks the third time Pacific Lifestyle Homes has received the prestigious award, stated a news release.

“On behalf of the BIA, I’m thrilled to honor Pacific Lifestyle Homes with the Builder of the Year Award,” said Aaron Helmes, the president of the BIA of Clark County. “The President’s Award recognizes individuals and companies who have made outstanding contributions to the BIA and the building industry. We are proud to have Pacific Lifestyle Homes as a member who embodies excellence in the building industry.”

Kevin Wann, the founder and president of Pacific Lifestyle Homes, said it’s a “true honor to be singled out by the BIA of Clark County” with the Builder of the Year Award.

“We talk everyday about striving for excellence and providing the best service and value to our customers and awards like this validate the quest,” Wann stated in the release.

In 2018, Pacific Lifestyle Homes was selected by Professional Builder Magazine with its highest honor: the National Housing Quality Gold award.

The business was founded in 1996 and has built more than 3,000 homes throughout the greater Portland-Vancouver area.

In September, the company announced its grand opening of its model home at the new Cedar Heights community in Battle Ground, which will feature 46 homes by Pacific Lifestyle Homes. The neighborhood is in close proximity to Battle Ground State Park and Lewisville Regional Park.
