Providence medical clinic moves out of Battle Ground

Providence Medical Group’s clinic in Battle Ground will move out of the city in mid-April.

On March 28, Providence announced its operations at 101 NW 12th Ave. will relocated to Vancouver.

Beginning on April 19, services from Providence’s family medicine, psychiatry and walk-in clinics will move to two locations on the east side of Vancouver. The announcement stated the clinic building’s new owners decided not to renew Providence’s lease. Providence did not provide a reason for why the lease was not renewed.

According to property records, the building was bought by VCH1 LLC on Jan. 10.

Providence Medical Group Operations and Southwest Washington Market Area Executive Director Dawn Tolotti said the decision was disappointing. Providence operated in Battle Ground for 11 years.

“We are hopeful to find a new solution to care for the community in the future, however given the short notice, we are relocating to minimize the disruption of care for our patients,” Tolotti said in the announcement.

Providence Battle Ground’s walk-in clinic will move to 315 SE Stonemill Drive, Suite 228, Vancouver, and will be renamed Providence Mill Plain Walk-In. The family medicine and psychiatric clinics will move to 3101 SE 192nd St., Suite 103, Vancouver, and will begin seeing patients on April 26 under the new name Providence Battle Ground at Camas Family Medicine.

Patients are being notified of the transition, the announcement stated.

Anyone who needs an appointment can call Providence Battle Ground at Camas Family Medicine at 360-666-4480 or can visit Providence Mill Plain Walk-in or call them at 360-687-6650.
