The Battle Ground High School (BGHS) drama department is presenting the comedic play “Clue: On Stage” through Friday, Dec. 13.

Performances are at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, and 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at The Lair at Battle Ground High School, 300 W. Main St., Battle Ground. Tickets are available at the door or in advance online at shorturl.at/nHl8r, at $7 per person.

The play, directed by Stephan Henry, is a theatrical adaption of the 1985 film, based on the popular board game Clue.

“‘Clue: On Stage’ is a fun, silly, suspenseful piece of theater that is great for all ages,” Henry said in the press release. “The students were really interested in doing this show, and I wanted to choose something they would enjoy.”

The set for “Clue: On Stage” features the most intricate set designed at BGHS since its pre-COVID production of “The Game’s Afoot: Holmes for the Holidays,” the press release stated.

“I’m excited to watch these amazing kids bring this show to life, to see the audience enjoy an evening of theater and to witness all the hard work come together. I’m so proud of all of them,” Henry said in the press release.
