Kuky Nutter, a resident of the Battle Ground area since 1943, celebrated her 103rd birthday surrounded by family, friends and classic tunes played by the Dove Creek Band at Mallard Landing Assisted Living on Saturday, March 7.
Nutter, originally from Charleston, West Virginia, had four children and is now up to having great-great-great-grandchildren in 2026.
For her family on March 7, to celebrate Nutter’s 103rd birthday in dancing fashion as Nutter was able to stand and dance with the assistance of a walker at over a century old, was nothing shy of a privilege. Nutter has always told her family she would love a visit at Mallard Landing, but also passed on the words of wisdom to always be with your immediate family any chance they have.
