BGHS to present spring musical “Little Shop of Horrors”

Battle Ground High School’s (BGHS) drama club is bringing a darkly comedic classic to the stage with its spring musical, “Little Shop of Horrors,” at Battle Ground High School, 300 W. Main St., Battle Ground.

Performances began Friday, May 1, and will continue at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, and Thursday, May 7.

“Little Shop of Horrors” follows Seymour, a timid florist who discovers a mysterious plant with unusual appetites. The musical highlights the talents of students both on stage and behind the scenes, according to a Battle Ground Public Schools news release.

Tickets are $12 for general admission and $10 for Battle Ground High School students with an ASB card. Tickets may be purchased at the door, through the school’s ASB office on weekdays or online at shorturl.at/htKzU.
