Clark College to host Running Start information sessions for high schoolers

Clark College will host virtual information sessions for students interested in the Running Start academic program, which allows juniors and seniors in high school to earn college credits while taking Clark College classes. The classes also fulfill their high school graduation requirements.

The college is hosting five sessions via Zoom, but participants only need to attend one, a press release by Clark College stated.

Meetings will be held:

• 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25
• 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 12



• 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 9
• 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, April 24

During the sessions, participants will learn about the program, eligibility criteria and deadlines and hear current students talk about their experiences. English captions will be available during the sessions with interpretation in Spanish and Russian, the press release stated.
