Clark County is accepting nominations for the 2024 Green Business Awards, an annual celebration and awards program recognizing leaders in environmental sustainability.
Nominations can be for organizations and businesses that consider the environment in decision-making and practices, a news release by Clark County stated.
Nominations are being accepted in the following categories:
• Sustainability Trailblazer: A business or organization that has demonstrated innovation and leadership in driving sustainable practices.
• Community Champion: A business or organization that is making a profound impact on the community through sustainability-driven initiatives.
• Seeds of Sustainability: A business or organization in the early stages of its eco-friendly journey and seeking green certification.
• Sustainability Legacy: A business or organization that has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to sustainability.
Nomination forms for business and organization categories are available on the Clark County Green Business website at shorturl.at/43ob6.
The nomination deadline is Friday, March 16. Award winners will be announced in April, the news release stated.
