The Clark County Youth Commission is seeking youth ages 11 to 19 to fill at least 10 open positions for the 2025-26 program year.
The commission, which advises county leaders on youth-related issues, offers leadership experience and community service opportunities. Positions are open to youth living in Clark County, including new leader spots for those without prior experience. Some roles are tied to specific school district boundaries, a news release by Clark County stated.
Members serve a one-year term with the option to renew. The time commitment is six to 12 hours per month, with meetings held between 6:45-8:45 p.m. in person on the first and third Thursdays.
Applications are due by Monday, April 28. Finalists will complete an interview and must attend an August orientation if selected. To apply, visit shorturl.at/MGAk4.
