Clark County is accepting applications to fill an open position on the Clark County Arts Commission. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7.
The opening is for a Clark County resident representing the local business community. The appointment is for the remainder of a term ending Dec. 31, 2031, according to a Clark County news release.
The 11-member commission promotes the arts throughout the county, advises the Clark County Council and participating city councils, and advocates for arts initiatives in the community. The commission meets at 5:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month.
Applicants must submit a letter of interest and résumé to Jake Goodwin, County Manager's Office, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000. Applications may also be emailed to jake.goodwin@clark.wa.gov.
