Recycling 101 & Organics 101: 10:30 a.m.-noon, Saturday, March 16, Cascade Park Community Library, 600 NE 136th Ave., Vancouver. Public Health partners at the city of Vancouver and Waste Connections will explain recycling in blue curbside carts and what happens to the items after they’re picked up.
