Daniel is survived by his wife, Sherrie; daughter, Aeriel; son, Erick; granddaughter, Avianna, all of Battle Ground; and brother, James Coffield of Wheeling, West Virginia.
Daniel graduated from Moundsville High School and joined the Navy as a corpsman assigned to the Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Daniel moved to Battle Ground, Washington, in 1988 and worked as a union industrial, commercial and marine insulator until his retirement.
Daniel will be interred at Willamette National Cemetery.
