Lisa was born to Robert and Rosemary Slawson on March 15, 1968, in Portland, Oregon. Lisa grew up in Battle Ground, Washington, and graduated from Battle Ground High in 1986. She retired as a CNA upon her kidney diagnosis. Lisa enjoyed helping others and loved family gatherings. She liked telling jokes and making people smile. She looked forward to autumn, and the beach was her favorite place to relax. Camping, fishing, being out in nature, and karaoke were a few of Lisa’s favorite pastimes.
Lisa is survived by her two children, Matthew Campbell (Bailey) and Ericka Campbell; her three grandchildren, Lane, Lyla, and Ryland; two sisters, Debra McElveny (Mike) and Staci Chambers (Darryl); and her sweet cat, Stella, that she adored.
Lisa was preceded in death by both her mother and father, Rosemary and Robert Slawson. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Lisa touched many lives and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held on June 21, 2025 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 11005 NE Hwy 99, Vancouver, WA 98686.
