Paul Ashback, 67, of Yacolt, Washington, went home to be with the Lord on Sept. 13, 2025. He was born Sept. 16, 1957, in Portland, Oregon, to parents Eugene and Agnes Ashback.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Debbie; stepson, Steve Davis; and stepgrandson, Tyler Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Agnes; and his brothers, Dale and Bruce.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Donald D. Trunkey Center for Civilian and Combat Casualty Care, OHSU.
A celebration of life will be held at 12:30 p.m. Nov. 16, 2025, at Freedom Community Church, 1919 SW 25th Ave., Battle Ground. Remembrances may be shared at www.Laynesfuneralservices.
