I am a 15-year citizen of Clark County who votes conservative. I am also a constituent who appreciates John Braun's excellent work and his communications in the Reflector. I am hereby notifying Sen. Braun that I will definitely be voting for him in November and encourage others to do the same.
The reason is simple and compelling – his support of President Trump’s Agenda and the President’s endorsement:
- DJT has steadfastly supported and defended our Constitution, and nominated Supreme Court Justices who will do the same.
- He has largely made Putin, a genocidal dictator, irrelevant. The U.S. fought two bloody World Wars for precisely the same cause. He has brought new respect to our veterans and honored their sacrifices, and vastly improved their services.
- The economy is booming with record investment, while Bidenflation (21%) is being brought under control. The high gas prices are temporary and will soon be drastically reduced. His brilliant use of tariffs has strengthened U.S. businesses and put trading partners on notice that we will no longer be abused by their tariffs. The dollar clearly remains the world currency standard.
- He has halted Iran’s ability to hold the world hostage with nuclear weapons, a feat other presidents did not have the courage or will to accomplish.
- He has pardoned innocent citizens peacefully expressing their right to free speech and those with politically motivated convictions. He has lawfully unleashed ICE to rid the country of illegals who commit crimes or are a menace, or drain our social programs.
- He has appointed the best of the best to his cabinet and other positions, instead of political hacks of the previous administration who ran the U.S. into the ground through autopen misuse.
- Wherever the President goes and whatever he does, including golf, the cost continues for his safety and security. His life is obviously at risk.
This is not a matter of politics; it’s a matter of facts, and lying or misrepresenting them is a statement about the morality of the person who does it.
Sen. Braun must embrace DJT’s endorsement and continue to articulate his positions in clear, understandable speeches and media. He must continue the good fight.
