Letter to the editor: Trump’s Actions Against Iran Praised as Decisive Leadership

Posted

Years ago, there were these two brothers who lived at opposite ends of the same town.  The first brother happened to win a trip to Hawaii, but he owned a cat, so he went to his brother and said, " Bro, I'm going to Hawaii tomorrow. Can you look after my cat while I'm gone?" and the second brother said, "No problem, have a good time".  After a week in Hawaii, he returned to pick up his cat.  "Well, thanks so much, I had a great time, so I came to get the cat".  The second brother exclaimed, "Your cat is dead."

The first brother said "you know you could have said something like" "the cat climbed up on the roof so I called the fire department but unfortunately he jumped and injured himself so I brought him to the Vet but he expired on the operating table"  "that's the way our mother would have explained things, speaking of which how is Mom? "

The second brother said," She climbed up on the roof, so I called the fire department."

The roof is getting kind of crowded lately, being populated with a lot of Iranian Mullahs, and good riddance to that crowd.  No matter what you might think of President Trump, and I respect your opinion that you don't like him, one has to admit that his instincts are right on.  In fact, not only does he have good instincts, but he is a man of action who acts on the obvious. So what was the obvious?  The fact that the Mullahs were planning to put mushroom clouds over Tel Aviv, Washington, D.C., and anywhere else they could.  If you dispute that, then there is no hope for you.  You have terminal TDS. In meetings with Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, the Iranians even bragged that they had enough nuclear material

for 11 nuclear bombs. They thought Trump was too weak to do anything about it.  Note to self: never mess with an 800-lb gorilla, especially if he has blond hair.

In fact, President Trump probably saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.  That's because it's an open secret that Israel has had nuclear weapons of their own ever since the late 1960's.  They also have an expression in Israel that says "Never again", meaning they will not go to the ovens this time the way they did during the Holocaust.  Israel would have nuked the Iranians multiple times if Trump had not acted. and hundreds of thousands of innocent Iranians would have died as a result.

Now I'm really going to get out there on a ledge.  I saw a YouTube video by Eric Metaxas, he's a Christian author that wrote a huge book on Dietrich Bonhoffer, a pastor that Hitler executed at the end of WW2 (he was in on the conspiracy to kill Hitler).  Metaxas made the point that "Even though Trump is a thrice married real estate billionaire, I think he is the man appointed by God himself."  Let me explain.  You have to look at what has happened to the guy. He's been through 4 trials, all of which tried to destroy him before the 2024 election. That was the point: get him before the election. Also, he has withstood 2 impeachments and defeated his enemies.  Multiple assassination attempts, which the Left fully endorsed (sorry, but that is the truth), then he manages to get reelected to pull off the biggest political comeback bar none.  It doesn't stop there.

The sheer audacity of "Midnight Hammer" is staggering.  If any American planes had been shot down, Trump would have been finished. Then, to put icing on the cake, he rolls the dice and captures Maduro with no one killed. Those types of operations are inherently risky and filled with the unknown. It didn't bother Trump; it had to be done.

One guy said, " I think Trump gets bored and all Hell breaks loose."  I agree. But the coup d'etat of all time is Operation Epic Fury.  Especially since the American Malaise Presidency of Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan also failed to act after Iran killed 241

Marines, the kinder and gentler George H. Bush didn't do anything, Clinton (I did not have sex with that woman) didn't do anything, George W. Bush ( Islam is the religion of peace after 3000 Americans were murdered) got us into a quagmire) And Barack Obama actually delivered pallets of American cash to try to buy them off.  It's like you happen upon a pit bull in your front yard. You know the dog wants to rip your throat out, but you engage in wishful thinking. Then you try to ignore it, but that doesn't work, so you give it some doggie biscuits. Again, the pit bull is getting closer to attacking you.  It's only when you pull out a 2x4 and "hit it upside the head," as they say, that you get any results. "Let me be clear," as Kamala Harris likes to say, then she goes on to speak gibberish. There has to be regime change in Tehran. Otherwise, these guys will be back in 10 years, and more American lives will be lost. But the alternative is horrid,  nuclear war. Besides, if Trump is God's man it's best not to mess with God.
