Maddox promotes Max Booth to lead real estate development

Maddox Industrial Transformer (Maddox) has promoted Max Booth to the role of vice president of real estate development, expanding his responsibilities to oversee property acquisition, development and improvements that support the company’s growth and community-focused projects.

Booth joined Maddox in 2023 and has led several real estate initiatives tied to the company’s headquarters, as well as redevelopment projects in Battle Ground, including Al & Ernie’s bakery café and the Battle Ground Farmers Market. He currently oversees a 60-acre employment-centered development in East Battle Ground that includes a chapel and conference center.

“Max brings a unique combination of foresight, planning and construction management necessary to support our core business while pursuing projects that enhance communities where we have operations,” Camden Spiller, Maddox CEO, said in a news release.

Booth brings 18 years of experience in construction and development in Washington and Colorado. Prior to joining Maddox, he served as chief building official and deputy community development director for Clark County. He also previously owned a general contracting business and began his career as a carpenter and construction manager in the Denver area. Booth is a
