The Battle Ground Police Department and Clark County Fire District 3 responded to a two-vehicle collision that killed one person just after 11 p.m. on June 9.
The accident took place at the intersection of Eaton Boulevard and Southwest 20th Avenue, stated a news release from the City of Battle Ground.
One passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, and four additional occupants from the two vehicles were transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Robert T. McIntyre, 49, was arrested and charged with one count of vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault, stated the release.
The collision is still under investigation and no further information is being released at this time, stated the release.
