The Plas Newydd Farm Arts Initiative will host its first fine arts show, Creating Space, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, May 24–25, at the historic Plas Newydd Farm, located at 33415 NW Lancaster Road, Ridgefield.
The event will feature work by artists from northern Clark County. Painted artworks, clay figures, bronze sculptures and more will be displayed during the show. Featured artists include Ken Spurlock, Nancy Casey, Valerie Conrey, Teri Corle, Lee Herrman, Ann Fleming, Janine Littrell, Brenda Berg and Sharon Svec, a press release by Plas Newydd Farm stated.
Live music will be provided during the show by fingerstyle guitarist Kit Garoutte. An artists’ reception will also take place at 1 p.m., Saturday, with art activities and demonstrations offered throughout the weekend.
