The maidenhair fern is a native plant found sporadically compared with other fern species native to the Pacific Northwest. The maidenhair fern is a common piece of indoor gardening, however, with its ornamental appearance. This maidenhair fern was found near the Cedar Creek Grist Mill on Wednesday, Aug. 23.
