All lanes of northbound Interstate 5 near Dike Road north of Woodland are closed due to a debris and rock slide that occurred shortly before 3:20 p.m. on Monday, April 10.

Crews from the Washington State Department of Transportation are on site to evaluate the stability of the hillside to see if it’s safe to remove debris and clear the roadway, stated a news release.

“At this time, there is no estimated time for reopening the roadway and there is no official detour,” stated WSDOT in a news release. “Drivers should use an alternate route and avoid the area.”
