Vancouver Clinic has appointed Katherine Henry as its next chief executive officer. She will begin her role on March 1, 2026, and will succeed CEO Mark Mantei, who is retiring after 10 years of leadership.
Henry, currently the chief administrative officer for Austin Regional Clinic, has helped expand the organization from 24 to 37 locations. Under her guidance, the clinic has increased its physician workforce by more than 30% and supported efforts to improve patient access, a Vancouver Clinic press release stated.
“Katie brings exceptional experience, insight and inspiration to this role,” Vancouver Clinic President and Board Chair Dr. Keren Rosenblum said in the release. “She shares our conviction that physician-led care delivers extraordinary results and is committed to helping our organization and the people we serve thrive.”
Founded 89 years ago, Vancouver Clinic is the largest independent, physician-owned medical practice in the Pacific Northwest, employing 580 clinicians and 2,000 staff across 21 locations. To learn more, visit tvc.org.
