Woodland real estate agent Erica Rodman has earned national recognition for her work in land sales, being named to the 2025 APEX Producers Club by the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) as a part of the APEX Production Awards Program.
Rodman, of Woodland Real Estate, received the honor during the RLI National Land Conference in San Antonio, Texas, on March 16, according to a press release from Woodland Real Estate.
The APEX Producers Club recognizes land professionals who achieve at least $5 million in qualifying land sales during the year, placing Rodman among top performers in the field nationwide.
The APEX Awards Program received 299 applicants in 2025, representing more than $9.29 billion in qualifying transaction volume and over 2.3 million acres sold.
