Hockinson’s annual Fun Days event had a high turnout on Friday, May 31, and Saturday, June 1. A family bingo night kicked off the festivities on Friday.
On Saturday, Clark County Fire District 3 held a pancake breakfast at its fire station, and proceeds will be donated to local families in need. A carnival and bazaar took place on Northeast 182nd Avenue.
Many people attended the Hockinson Fun Days parade on Sunday. Participants showed off their various colors and costumes as they walked from the high school campus to 182nd Avenue. Hockinson Middle School and Hockinson High School band members marched during the parade on Saturday. Students from Hockinson High School volunteered to make the events possible.
