In Loving Memory Of Pam Luckman-Gablel: 1981-2025

Pamela Luckman-Gabel passed away unexpectedly on June 1, 2025. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden death. She was only 43 years old.

Pam was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a compassionate, caring and fun person. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her.

Pam is survived by her husband, Rory, and his children, Aiden, Morgan and Kyrsten; parents, Steve and Cindy Luckman; brother, Erik, and his wife, Dawn; sister, Emily, and her husband, Travis, and their two daughters, Mackenzie and Payton; grandparents, Edith and Richard Gessford; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Pam was born in Portland, Oregon, and lived in the Vancouver, Washington, and
Portland, Oregon areas throughout her life. She graduated from Prairie High School and then went on to college to become a nurse, following in the footsteps of her Grandma Barbara Luckman. She graduated from the Clark College nursing program and became a wonderful, caring and compassionate registered nurse. Her passion for helping others will be truly missed.

Pam loved to sing, be the hit at karaoke, and was a creative person with the gift of writing and drawing.

Pam was a vibrant, funny and loving person who had an amazing and contagious smile. She created laughter everywhere she went and made everyone she met feel special.
A celebration of Pam’s life will be held at noon Monday, June 30, at Hoku Events, 1125 SE Madison St., Portland, Oregon.
