Robert Louis Stevenson, 65, passed away Jan. 29, 2023. Born in Pomona, California, Robert grew up in Glacier Park, Montana, and lived in Kimball, Nebraska, Newberg, Oregon, and La Center, Washington. He is survived by his wife, Holli Selves; sister, Nancy Davenport; brother, Norman Stevenson; sons, Jon Selves and Perry Selves; daughter, Marah Selves; eight grandchildren; nieces, Sabra and Amanda Davenport; and nephew Michael Davenport. He also leaves behind the Big Whiskey Hunters of the Round Table and amazing friends that were also his family. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, whitewater rafting and camping. He enjoyed a good Stella and a bloody Mary or margarita.
Services are planned for May 2023. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Amboy Territorial Days Park in Amboy, Washington, in his name. He always enjoyed the annual celebration.
He will truly be missed.
