As Christians, we know the Bible says, “Deliver those who are being taken away to death. … If you say, ‘See, we did not know this,’ does He not consider it who weights the hearts? And does He not know it who keeps your soul? And will He not render to man according to his work?” Proverbs 24:11,12
Those being taken away to death include millions of babies killed since abortion was legalized. Some people have taken a stand against abortion, but considering the many churches in America, the protests should have been much bigger and louder. Most church-going people have done nothing in protest.
Now, our children are being attacked by godless adults who poison their minds with fake science and encourage confused children to mutilate their bodies. Whether these adults are mentally unable to comprehend true science or if they are simply evil is not clear. But the should have no control over our children’s thinking/learning/education. This is anti-God indoctrination and undermines the religious rights of parents and children.
Jesus said, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come. It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the season, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble.” Luke 17:1,2
People of La Center must continue to stand up for Superintendent Peter Rosenkranz and our school board when these issues come up. We are fortunate to have these responsible, caring leaders watching over our children.
