Workers construct one of several apartment buildings as part of Prose Battle Ground, a new housing complex off of Northeast 189th Street and east of state Route 503. The project broke ground in September, with the first units of the 180-unit complex set for completion in fall of 2023, David Armesy, development director for Alliance Residential said. The project is one of six phases in the overall Woodin Creek Station subdivision project.
