The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is looking to return stolen firearms and a laptop after arresting two people in connection to countywide vehicle prowls.

On Sept. 20, the sheriff’s office announced the arrests, but did not release the names of those arrested. The two were arrested in connection with vehicle prowls stretching from Camas to Battle Ground.

The sheriff’s office received support from the Battle Ground Police Department in their investigation, a social media post from CCSO stated. Deputies recovered a number of items and returned multiple to their rightful owners.

A number of firearms including a .380 handgun and a Winchester rifle were among the items left to be returned as of the Sept. 20 post. The sheriff’s office also had a backpack with a veterinary clinic sticker on it.

Those who are a victim of the crimes and who can describe the items in detail are asked to contact sheriff’s deputy Michael Currier at michael.currier@clark.wa.gov so the property can be returned.
