Rosemary Evelyn (Ritola) Hallstrom, 84, was born on Jan. 30, 1940, in Jamestown, North Dakota, to Charles and Sophia Ritola.

She went to her heavenly home surrounded by her loving family on Aug. 26, 2024, in Brush Prairie, Washington, after suffering with dementia.

Rosemary moved from Gackle, North Dakota, to Brush Prairie, Washington, at the age of 8. She enjoyed school and graduated from Battle Ground High School in 1958. She married Leslie Hallstrom on Dec. 25, 1960, and they raised their family in Brush Prairie. Rosemary was artistic and she loved to garden, travel and spend time with her family and friends.
