The City of Ridgefield will close Pioneer Street between Discovery Drive and 53rd Place from 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 25, until 6 a.m., Monday, Oct. 28, as construction continues to widen the road and improve traffic flow.
During the closure contractors will install a major stream culvert, a news release by the the City of Ridgefield stated.
A detour route along South Royle Road, Well Drive, Timm Road, South Sixth Way and South 56th Place will be available during the closure, the news release stated.
