The City of Ridgefield will host a workshop for Envision Ridgefield 2045, the in-progress project to update the city’s comprehensive growth plan, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 10, at the Ridgefield Administrative and Civic Center, 510 Pioneer St., Ridgefield.
During the workshop, participants will split into small groups to discuss community planning and refine vision statements for the next 20 years. The workshop will also include a discussion on future jobs and housing for Ridgefield residents, a city news release stated.
The Envision Ridgefield 2045 comprehensive growth plan has been a multi-step process involving multiple community meetings and surveys. The plan was last updated in 2016, the Envision Ridgefield 2045 website stated.
