The Historic Trust “Hey Neighbor” community conversation: 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 23, Fort Vancouver Artillery Barracks, 600 E. Hatheway Road, Vancouver. Participate in the free annual “Hey Neighbor” community conversation, hosted by The Historic Trust. Attendees will learn about “Civic Love” as established by psychologist Arthur Aron and how it fosters community connections.
